[ARCHIVED] Federal Court approves Photo ID for 2013

U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has given approval to a new law requiring S.C. voters to present a government-issued identification card with a photo in order to vote. The law will go into effect for elections held on or after 01/01/2013.
