Purpose:
The purpose of this solicitation is to secure expert forensic audit services to assist the County in identifying any high risk and/or potentially fraudulent transactions, activities, or practices occurring during Fiscal Year 2015 through Fiscal Year 2023.
The awarded firm will produce a summary report identifying the current status of, and any recommended enhancements to internal controls and compliance procedures. The County intends for the summary report to express a qualified opinion on the completeness and accuracy with which financial statements represent the County’s financial position and governmental activities.
